Two careers, one thinking method
Sagar's path into behavioral science did not start in a psychology department. It started offshore, as an oil and gas engineer on the Esso platform, then as an offshore diver conducting seabed pipeline inspections with Oceaneering-Dowell Schlumberger, then in quality control and quality assurance, aviation refueling-system engineering at KLIA and the Royal Malaysian Air Force base at Labuan, and overfill-prevention automation at a fuel distribution terminal.
In parallel, for the same 30 years, he built a second career as a trainer and public speaker under Komitech Beulah, running leadership and motivational talks, technical training, and behavior-modification courses for instructors, vocational students, and industry staff. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he trained in SARS-CoV-2 prevention and control and worked the front line, providing sanitizing and disinfection services to hospitals and medical centers.

That dual background is why Heuristia reads differently from typical motivational-speaker content. It applies an engineer's precision, systems, root causes, verifiable process, to the much messier problem of how people actually think and change.
